Terms and Guidelines:

Orders must be canceled within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for refunds back to the original payment method. After 7 days, purchased products are eligible for store credit only.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT WHEN AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

• All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.
• Store Credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received by our warehouse. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by info@justforjesusapparel.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@justforjesusapparel.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, be sure to email our support team at info@justforjesusapparel.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Your email should include pictures of the damaged item as well as an attachment of the SKU on the polybag package your item arrived in, as well as the receipt of purchase.

We will replace any damaged items with the exact item that was purchased. If you received the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item. If you do not wish to have it replaced, store credit will be given.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Just For Jesus Apparel, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Estimated Shipping & Delivery Dates

When you place a pre-order, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at such time.  The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.  Please note that this date is an estimate and is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt.  The estimated delivery date that you receive in your confirmation email is subject to change based on production, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund

Just For Jesus Apparel reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”).  In the event of a canceled pre-order, a full refund will be made by us to your original payment method.

Refund Policy For Pre-Ordered Items

In the event you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you have 7 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund on your pre-order. You may request a refund by emailing your order number and refund request to info@justforjesus.com. Once accepted, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. 

Shipping delays

We will make every effort to ship your available pre-order inventory as close to the estimated shipment date as possible. This may result in multiple shipments. 

Should an item or items not be shipped within 14 days after the original estimated shipment date, you may request a cancellation of the affected item(s) for a refund to your original method of payment by emailing our customer support team at info@justforjesus.com.

We will provide updates via email as soon as possible regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically processed.

Refunds

If you choose to cancel your pre-order due to a delay or if we cancel your order you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
