Return Policy

Terms and Guidelines:

Orders must be canceled within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for refunds back to the original payment method. After 7 days, purchased products are eligible for store credit only.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT WHEN AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.
  • Store Credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received by our warehouse. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by info@justforjesusapparel.com


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, be sure to email our support team at info@justforjesusapparel.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Your email should include pictures of the damaged item as well as an attachment of the SKU on the polybag package your item arrived in, as well as the receipt of purchase.

We will replace any damaged items with the exact item that was purchased. If you received the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item. If you do not wish to have it replaced, store credit will be given.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
