Can I exchange my order after it’s been placed?

U.S. orders can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Refund Policy for more information on how to start the process. Please note you will receive a gift card for your return, which can be used to place your new order on our website to complete the exchange. 

Can I change the size/color after placing my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it goes straight to processing and is prepared for shipping. There is no way for us to change your order once it’s been placed. However, we do offer store credit on returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly help you with the return process.

What if my order is damaged upon arrival?

In the event your order is damaged once you receive it, we will gladly assist you! Just email a picture of the damaged product, along with your order number, name, and a picture of your receipt of purchase to info@justforjesusapparel.com. Please note that for any damaged product, we do not offer returns or refunds after the 5-day return window.

Each product is meticulously created with God and our customers in mind as we utilize scriptures that have been tried and true in our personal lives to bring attention to the word of God and to draw people closer to Him. It is our goal to be able to use a portion of the proceeds from each order towards serving others, supporting ministries, and those in need.
